2. What is your shipping?
Shipping
We offer Standard 2-5 Day Shipping on all orders placed in following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Malaysia
- United Arab Emirates
US Standard Shipping – US$4.99 (2-5 business days). Shipping is FREE on orders over US$35+
UK Standard Shipping – £4.99 (2-5 business days). Shipping is FREE on orders over £35+
Note: The above shipping timelines are just estimates and actual delivery timeline may vary. We do our best to get your order delivered to you on highest priority, but sometimes there are delays because of reasons beyond our reach. Please reach out to us at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com for getting details about your order.
Where is my order?
Please check your order confirmation email. All the necessary details including tracking informations are included in it. The tracking reference can be used to monitor the delivery. You can further track your order here.
I haven’t received a confirmation email, what shall I do?
Please email customer service at care@beminimalist.co and we will be able to help with the issue.
My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?
Usually it takes 24 hours for the tracking number to get activated and reflect current order status. If it’s still not working, please contact support at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com with order details.
3.How long will my order take?
We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days, to get the order delivered to you. Users in metro cities can expect a faster delivery speed (within 3 days).
4. What is your return policy?
You can raise a return request to us by dropping us an email at help@beminimalist.co and our team will assist you. Return shipments are also managed by us. For more details, please check our return & refund policies page.
